Sampletank 3 is wrong instrument to be Sound Engine for vArranger. It isn`t comaptible with Program Change on Multitimbral base. You can make only Multies with all of 16 Midi Channels and change whole set of all sounds on all 16 Midi Cahnnels. Cause of that it is so slow. Trans Audio has one complex Sound Engine which contain, first this TA Sound Engine in SF2 format, than one very, very big NI Kontakt Multie with independent Sound Program Change on every Midi Channel (like on normal hardware workstation). Sample Content of this NI Kontakt part of Trans Audio Sound Engine is about 100GB samples. Whole Sound Engine need about 20 seconds only on the begining to load all sounds in memory. Later, all Sound program Changes and all Style Changes are "on fly" without any waiting time (like on hardware instruments).

You must have good audio card and this RME Multiface is OK. There are new driver vrsion 4 for all old RME audio interfaces and it is comatible with all new Windows (7, 8.1 and 10). Don`t worry, it will be OK. This RME Multiface & HDSP with new Version 4.xx Driver will be very good equipment. Here is one Link for you:

Yes TA Sound Engine is finished and I make some demos very soon, but not in the next few days cause I am very, very busy with Updates of Trans Audio Instruments on Windows 10 OS.

It is available, and how large is it, depend from format of Sound Engine (SF2, Kontakt... ). In SF2 format it is 2.5GB samples. Yes, there is complete Listing of all sounds and it is in General Midi Standard. There are 5 Sound Banks (a 128 Instruments) and 4 of them are in GM standard, one is Ketron typical. It is a "TA Boot Sound Engine" and it is one compact unit. It can't be splited. It is very simple to use with vArranger2 and is again depend of format. For SF2 you don't need nothing else, you have to copy it to SAMPLES Folder in vArranger2 and thats all. By other formats you need one Host aplication for VST instruments. The price is 299,00 Euro in SF2, and 339,00 Euro in other formats.
